Robert Tipton, has been with Sigma since 1999 and has been a key member of our team in many different aspects of the company. Rob is instrumental in implementing the design of our projects and coordinating with our clients and agency review staff. He has experience in many aspects of design including: grading, utility design, road design, storm drain design and stormwater management. Rob also has extensive experience with water and sewer design and site construction phase support. You can often find him on the job site coordinating with construction personnel and agency inspectors. |
