Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was anxious to expand their sales and automobile service capabilities. A separate location was identified for the service center in Annapolis. The two-story building provided over 20 repair stations, training facilities for employees, and an elaborate customer waiting area. Over 200 parking spaces were carefully located within this site and adjacent commercial complex. The building and parking were strategically located to fit into the surrounding commercial and residential fabric. Stormwater management used a combination of the latest devices, including a bio-retention device. Extensive landscaping and architecture treatment showcased the site, while fusing the development with the surrounding community fabric.
