Sigma worked closely with the developer and the community in creating a commercial office and retail development. The site consists of three buildings with parking areas centrally located to be convenient to all users of the facility. Public improvements included streetscape treatment, walkways and accommodations for bikers. The preservation of existing trees and vegetation complemented the sites existing buffers. Landscape and reforestation areas added extensive buffering to adjacent residential areas and increased the community support in the project.
