Sigma assisted BEP Church in their recent expansion efforts. The proposed building and parking were located to connect to an existing office, retain a majority of the existing forest and preserve the rural character of surrounding farm land. Sigma worked closely with the church's building committee and design team to develop a variety of concept plans and to select the most appropriate plan. The development contains several environmentally sensitive features which the design team was able to incorporate or and work through the design. Sigma worked with the contractor to reduce construction costs and bring the building within the church's budget. We continued to serve the project through the construction phase in order to keep the construction process on time and on budget.
